Terms of stay

1. Check-in and Check-out

Times Check-in: Starts at 2:00 PM WIB.
Check-out: No later than 12:00 PM WIB.

2. Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Cancellation policies depend on the package you choose or the price (e.g., non-refundable or free cancellation up to a certain time). It is highly recommended to check your booking details before making payment.

3. Child and Extra Bed Policy Children are allowed.

Glamping tent capacity is usually limited (generally 2 adults). Additional people or extra beds are subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.

4. Pets are not allowed

for the comfort of other guests and the cleanliness of the open area. However, it is recommended to confirm directly if you plan to bring pets.

5. Public Facilities Parking is available.

There is a restaurant on the property (Gissa Padi Resto). Public facilities are available.

6. Prohibitions

Smoking is prohibited inside the glamping unit.
Bringing sharp weapons, illegal drugs, or engaging in activities that disturb the peace of other guests is prohibited

Check-out Time: Generally no later than 12:00 PM WIB.
Identity: Valid official identification (KTP/Passport) is required upon check-in.
Room Capacity: Each room type has a maximum capacity.
Additional guests will be charged an extra bed or additional guest fee.

2. Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Rates: If you book with a promotional rate or special discount, your money will not be refunded if you cancel.
Refundable Rates: Free Cancellation: Valid if made at least 2-7 days before arrival. Late Cancellation: If cancellations are made close to the arrival date (e.g., less than 24-48 hours), the hotel will charge one night's price as part of the total booking.
Reschedule: Some platforms allow date changes with an administration fee or room rate adjustment on the new date.
